Our organizational strategy emphasizes three entities within the company, (Operations, Creative and Production). The Executive Team is now working to guide the company through the development stages of the concept. Our team will also provide operational leadership and fiscal control over the production process once funding is received.
Fletcher Carr - Chief Executive Officer Fletcher is the founding owner of g-phi Entertainment, Inc. In addition he is president of CO Business Group, a former wrestling and football coach at the University of Kentucky and at Arizona State University. He is a graduate of the University of Tampa, holding a B.S. in Sociology.
Leonard S. Smith, Jr. - Chief Operation Officer Len has held several officer level positions within the insurance industry including division president and Chief Operation Officer for major insurance companies; He is currently the President and CEO of a small business and personal lines insurance company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management from New York University and a Masters Degree in Financial Services from the American College. His professional credentials include Certified Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant, Series 7 Registered Representative and Series 24 Registered Principal.
Jason Carr - V.P. Gaming Design Jason is a co-founder and visionary creator of g-phi entertainment. He is an avid video game player and also the owner of Mountain Village Adult Home Care for the elderly. Jason is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona.
Michelle Brandon Brown - Vice President Investor Relations Michelle is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the New Vision Industries Business Incubator , a small business development program designed to assist adolescent and infancy stage companies wit funding, planning, expansion and strategic implementation.
Al Terry - Vice President of Marketing Al Terry has almost 10 years experience in sales and marketing. His professional accomplishments include being a multimillion dollar producer in the mortgage industry as well as developing successful marketing strategies in both the real estate development and financial arena. A born entrepreneur and United States Air Force Veteran his life experiences have uniquely prepared him to develop relationships and spear head our marketing efforts.
Quincy Carr Vice President of Research Quincy is formerly retired, having served for 21 years in the US Postal Service. He is also an ordained minister of the Churches of God in Christ, serving over for 24 years. Quincy’s fascination with historical data made him a logical choice for heading our research department.
The Production Team will actually produce the video game. Colleagues will be hired once operational and funding activities have been completed. The Production Team will consist of approximately 20 technicians, lead by an accomplished, recognized V.P. of Production. The staff will consist of an Engineering Director, Art Director and Design Director. Reporting into the Directors will be the creative staff necessary to bring the game to reality.
